EarnWell may only transact business in those states in which it is registered, or qualifies for an exemption or exclusion from registration requirements. EarnWell’s web site is limited to the dissemination of general information pertaining to its advisory services, together with access to additional investment-related information, publications, and links. Accordingly, the publication of EarnWell’s web site on the Internet should not be construed by any consumer and/or prospective client as EarnWell’s solicitation to effect, or attempt to effect transactions in securities, or the rendering of personalized investment advice for compensation, over the Internet. TYPES OF NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION (NPI) WE COLLECT
We collect nonpublic personal information about you that is either provided to us by you or obtained by us with your authorization. This can include but is not limited to your Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Banking Information, Financial Account Numbers and/or Balances, Sources of Income, and Credit Card Numbers or Information. Additionally, we collect digital and device-related information (including IP address). We may also collect information if you engage with EarnWell on social media platforms. We use all of this information to inform our investment decisions for your account and to provide you with a high-quality experience using the EarnWell website and digital application. If you are a former customer, we follow these same policies and treat your information with the same care as a current customer.
EarnWell and third-party advertising companies may use this data to personalize ads and content while you use EarnWell or other sites. If you prefer to not receive targeted advertising, you can opt out of some network advertising programs by visiting the NAI Opt-Out Page.

How We Use Your Personal Information
EarnWell uses your personal information to improve the browsing experience, operate your account in compliance with US law, understand how customers use our website and app, maintain security of EarnWell and better target advertising of EarnWell’s services.

Please note that if you maintain an account with EarnWell, you cannot opt-out of certain communications related to the administration of your account (e.g. billing and regulatory notifications).
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to any third parties without your consent or as required by law. We may share your personal information with third parties who perform services on our behalf, to provide financial services associated with everyday business practices (e.g. consumer identification verification services, and certain marketing vendors and analytic services that provide services on our behalf). We have entered into agreements that require that these third parties keep this information confidential. We may also need to disclose your information to other third-party financial institutions (e.g. in the event of an account transfer). We may also disclose personal information due to a court order or subpoena, or as required by law.
How we protect your information
EarnWell has significant measures in place to protect the security of your personal information. We use the strongest browser encryption available, our data is stored on servers in secure facilities, and we have systematic processes for securing and storing data. Access to your personal information is limited only to employees with authorization, who need the information to perform their jobs. If you close your account, we continue to follow these privacy policies. You are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your EarnWell account and password and restricting access to your computer or device.
Your Rights as a California Resident
Residents of California have the right to request certain information from EarnWell, including the types of personal information we share with third parties for marketing purposes and the identities of the third parties with whom the business has shared such information during the immediately preceding calendar year. If you would like this information, you may make one request each year by emailing us at email@example.com. Please include your full name and the email address you use for your EarnWell account.
Your Rights as a Vermont Resident
We do not share nonpublic personal financial information about Vermont residents to third parties except for our everyday course of business purposes or as otherwise permitted by law. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to remove any authorization to share your nonpublic personal financial information. Please note that are not able to provide you with services through EarnWell without the ability to share this financial information.

All Investment Advisers may need to share personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons that we may share your personal information:

FEDERAL & STATE LAW ALLOWS YOU TO LIMIT SHARING – OPTING OUT
Federal law allows you the right to limit the sharing of your NPI by “opting-out” of the following: sharing for non-affiliates’ everyday business purposes – information about your creditworthiness; or sharing with affiliates or non-affiliates who use your information to market to you.
